Reinforced flame‑retardant natural recycled PA6 pellets

PA6 (Polyamide 6)

PA6 features relatively high mechanical strength and good toughness, together with excellent wear resistance and self‑lubricity. Its melting point is 215‑220 °C. It has a wide processing‑temperature window and is easy to mold. Compared with PA66, PA6 delivers better impact resistance and solvent resistance, yet it has higher water absorption. This characteristic causes dimensional variation and partial mechanical‑property changes of finished parts with ambient‑humidity fluctuation.

Main Applications

Fiber products: the largest consumption field, accounting for around 70% of total demand. Widely used in textiles including undergarments, stockings and sportswear; industrial yarn such as tire cord fabrics and air‑bag fabrics; as well as carpet yarns.

Engineering‑plastic applications: with favorable mechanical performance, PA6 is made into various industrial components, for instance wear‑resistant transmission parts like bearings, gears and pulleys. In automotive industry, it is applied for engine hood covers, intake manifolds, fuel hoses and other parts to achieve lightweight by metal replacement.

Films & packaging: PA6 is used to produce biaxially oriented polyamide film (BOPA). Boasting outstanding barrier property and puncture resistance, such films are mainly used for packaging food and medical supplies.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
